Return & Refund Policy

Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or beverages including Abe Zam Zam Water
  • Personal care and sanitary products
  • Gift cards
  • Herbal products
  • Downloadable software
  • Items marked as “on-sale” or promotional items

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Items that show obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Returns made after 7 days but within 30 days (subject to approval)

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting time may vary)
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are possible)
